Background
Business professional with experience in government and the private sector, supporting organisational strategy, operations and stakeholder engagement. She has contributed to business development initiatives and collaborative partnerships across different industries. As Group Chairman, she provides oversight and guidance to support the Group’s governance, strategic direction and sustainable growth.
Wietsche Jacobs
Group General Manager
Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering (University of Pretoria, 2012); Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) registered with ECSA; SAICE member.
Background
Has managed civil and structural engineering projects since 2016 across residential, industrial and commercial works — from design and approvals through to site delivery and cost management.
Johan Jacobs

B.Sc. Mathematical Statistics (University of Pretoria); Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (GIBS).
Background
Over 20 years of property-development finance experience, having completed major residential and infrastructure projects — more than 18,000 residential units delivered and over R900m raised in infrastructure finance.
Vincent Mushapaidze

National Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering; National Certificate in Civil Engineering; Certificate in Site Survey. Working knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC and NEC3.
Background
More than 20 years in building construction, delivering projects such as DUT Steve Biko (R288M) and DUT Indumiso (R165M) with Temi Construction, plus senior site roles at Trencon and others.

Sydney Nxumalo
Group Financial Manager

At Temi since 2022, responsible for financial reporting, monthly management accounts, control reconciliations, cash flow and banking. Previously Financial Accountant at Blue Label Telecoms and Internal Auditor at Nedbank, covering risk analysis, process improvement and treasury.

Practising attorney since 2013 in Kempton Park, with experience across High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation, labour law, contracts and general legal advisory.

More than 15 years as a quantity surveyor, including Enza Construction and Group Five — covering estimating, bills of quantities, tender documentation, valuations and final accounts.
Eon Ehlers

Qualifications
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Server+; Microsoft Azure.
Background
A decade in IT, having risen from technician to group-level leadership. Owns technology strategy, budgets and procurement across the group, and runs the infrastructure, networks, security, asset management and Microsoft 365 environment that keep every company operating. Currently delivering a group-wide tender-management system and employee portal, having earlier led a full Acumatica ERP implementation and data migration.
