Where we are today

Fifteen years of finishing what we start.

Temi began in 2010 as an infrastructure contractor and grew into a full-service building, civil and housing business. Founded by the late Bongi Majozi, the company still measures itself the way she did — by what has actually been handed over.

Transformation

Built by the communities we build in.

Temi is 100% black-owned, and that ownership shows up on site. Positive societal transformation is the point of the work, not a line in the tender return.

We enable socio-economic development through adequate housing, job creation, skills transfer, enterprise and supplier development, SMME mentoring, and educational and medical facilities.
